What is Magnetic Leadership?

Magnetic Leadership is a 12-week course that is designed to improve the way you lead, as you recognize and better understand how attitudes and behaviors impact your effectiveness as a leader. This course will challenge you to be a leader who inspires, motivates and brings out the best in others.

How is This Course Different?

The uniqueness of the course is that the starting assessment measures both your ability to lead and your reaction to stress. By measuring engagement and reactions to stress, leaders can identify and develop their strengths and create a positive shift, where needed, in themselves and their organization.

What Can I Expect?

Each week we will discuss a relevant topic that leaders, managers and owners are facing. Join leaders from around the area as we challenge the way we currently lead, and work together to change the culture in business. The course is a hands-on program designed to help you take positive, productive and sustainable action.
